A Blood Donation Camp was held at The NITMAS & TNU Campus on 15th May'17 by "AJANTRIK" , the Social Welfare and Cultural Club of NITMAS & TNU, in association with The People's Blood Bank and The Thalassaemic Society of India.
The Venue was at Seminar Hall in The Scholastic Building 2. The Programme was inaugurated by Prof. Sujoy Biswas (Principal, NITMAS) and Dr. Rajeev Verma (REGISTRAR, TNU). 2 Doctors along with 5 attendants from The People's Blood Bank were present. Elaborate arrangements for nutritious food, milk, glucose and proper resting places for Donors were made. The Institute RMOs along with the visiting Doctors have each Donor a thorough Medical Check up. Over 100 students donated BLOOD for this noble cause.
