**Conditons Apply :  (1) The decision of the Management will be final and can not be challenged      (2) Family Income Certificate to be obtained from any "A1

Gazetted Officer / BDO/ SDO /ADM / DM etc." wherever applicable    (3) 12th Class Marks for Scholarship to be calculated on the basis of "Best of 5 Subjects" for All Boards.   (4) For Master Degree Courses - Scholarship shall be calculated on overall Graduation marks  (5) For Lateral Entry courses - Scholarchip shall be calculated on overall Diploma marks  (6) For GRAMOTTHAN & SPECIAL HILL STUDNETS' Scholarship - submission of the Permanent Resident Proof (from A1 Gazetted Officer / BDO/ SDO /ADM / DM) of students is mandatory   (7) To continue the Scholarship for next semester(s), the students cannot fail in any subject in the current semester and should score minimum 6.5 SGPA                                                            (8) Students need to apply for scholarship after Final Admission to the Registrar Office within stipulated notified time                                                    (9) From the above scholarships, a student shall get the benefit from any ONE scheme only (10) Scholarship for International Studnets (except Nepal & Bhutan) is separate SPECIAL NOTE : (1) Students of "B.Tech in Robotics & Automation" will be entitled for additional 25% Industry Sponsorship from AmbujaNeotia Incubation

Division       (2) A student can get maximum upto 100% Scholarship only

(Under the above various scholarships, a student can be eligible for financial support from only one scheme, as the case may be. The benefits of multiple scholarships cannot be awarded to a single student.)

General Conditions:

  • In case of any discrepancy / concealment of facts, the College  or sponsoring Trust will cancel the scholarship and recover the amount of scholarship granted.
  • Scholars are required to score 6.5 CGPA or above in every semester examination without any backlog.
  • Any kind of indiscipline activities will make the scholarship liable to be cancelled.
  • Scholars are required to clear their other dues of the college  on due dates.
