Programme Objective & Outcome

Program Educational Objectives

1    To prepare students to have successful careers in CSE in IT / ITES companies of national and international repute and/or to excel in postgraduate programs & research.
2    To provide students with solid foundation in CSE so that they are able to use this knowledge in getting jobs and maintaining their jobs.
3    To develop students with professional and ethical attitude, effective   communication skills and the attitude of working in group/with people for successful careers.
4    To train students in complete software development of medium complexity using state of the art technology.
5    To motivate students towards higher studies in Technology or Management depending on their inclination & aptitude.

Program Outcomes

Graduates will demonstrate-
a)    The knowledge of computing appropriate to the discipline.
b)    The ability to analyze a problem and to identify the appropriate computing requirement.
c)    The ability to apply design, coding and testing principles in software systems development.
d)    The ability to use current technologies, skills, and tools necessary for computing practices.
e)    An understanding of professional, ethical and social responsibilities.
f)    The ability to work in group.
g)    The ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
h)    The ability to face the test and interview conducted by different companies and succeed
i)    The ability to recognize the need for continuing professional development.
j)    The ability to succeed in competitive exams (GATE / GRE / PSU’s).
